1. Monthly review data & its analysis.
2. Route-wise information.
3. Vehicle-wise information.
4. GPF/CPF computerization.
5. Bank Reconciliation.
6. Limit issue to the depots.
8. Others activities.
Beside above the following activities have also been shifted to computer:-
a) Public complaints.
b) Daily monitoring system.
c) Inspectors performance.
d) Employees bio-data.
2. DEPOT COMPUTERISATION:-
The following activities have been computerized :-
i) Advance Booking of buses.
ii) Depositing of conductors cash. (Tracing boxes).
iii) Route-wise & conductor-wise e.p.k.
iv) Issue of concessional passes.
The following applications have also been implemented in the units:-
i) Vehicle maintenance system.
ii) Regional store computerization.
iii) Depreciation & logbook processing.
v) Tyre tags.
vi) Defects of vehicle.
vii) Preventive maintenance schedules of vehicles.
Regional Managers are getting information for day to day monitoring within minimum time and paper work has been reduced to a large extent.
3. WORKSHOP COMPUTERIZATION.
Inventory control at all divisional workshops has been computerized. The following reports are generated daily & monthly:-
i) Items above the stock level.
ii) Items above re-order.
iii) Items below re-order levels.
iv) Daily inventory level.
